Directions

Heavenly Exit is conveniently located just West of New York City, in Lyndhurst New Jersey. From New York, take Route 3 West from the Lincoln Tunnel to the Ridge Road/Park Ave exit. Make a left onto Ridge Road. After 5 lights, turn right onto Valley Brook Avenue. Heavenly Exit is #546, on the left side, with the door marked "Therapy". Ring the bell.

From the west, take Route 3 East to the 17 South/Ridge Road exit. At the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, make a left (careful!). At the first light, turn right onto Ridge Road. After 0.6 miles, turn right onto Valley Brook Ave and look for #546, on the left side, "Therapy".

Directions by train from New York

Heavenly Exit is conveniently on the Bergen County "Main Line" just one stop out of Hoboken terminal (Kingsland stop). We are a convenient "New Jersey Massage Experience" for businessmen staying in Manhattan hotels or urbanites living in the city.

Take the PATH train from New York to Hoboken. There are PATH train stops all throughout Manhattan from 33rd street station (at 6th Avenue and 33rd St) south to the East Village.

In Hoboken, board the NJ Transit "Bergen County Main Line", and get off at the first stop -Kingsland. At street level, look for Valley Brook Avenue just outside the station. We are a few blocks (about 1/4 mile or 5 minutes walk) down Valley Brook Avenue at #546. It really is that easy!
